After doing proper research on the crm apps we picked the top three and these are the distinguishing features the have

zoho crm is mobile friendly, can be used for small business set up, easy to navigate, can be used in business to campaign, send emails , track customers activities and manage customers engagement . It can be automated for mail sending , calls reminder for customers .etc. it similar to hubspot in terms of advancedness. It allows free trial of 15 days before payment .it straightforward to understand and navigate .easy to modify .

Hubspot is also a free CRm tools that allows trials for 15-17days. It allows for grouping of customer based task. You can campaign, send mails , add call to action that directs call to customers or clients.you can teach email analytics . Not all features are readily available for free, you pay to allow certain features to take effect. Contracts are fixed , once locked in for contracts there are no early cancellations or refund. Continuous billifn as the contract goes on. Difficult to use nto as an All in one tool. Difficult to modify templates.

Big contact does not free trial and is not mobile friendly. It is used for small business . Can be used to campaign, email and track customers and sales . Increase customer retention, the paid package is quite affordable like that of Zoho. It doesn't offer integration with other tools like Slack but zoho crm and hubspot allows. No google map feature on it . Generate more sales .
